Canva. This is one of the easiest interfaces I've worked with on content creation. Whether it's a flyer to a logo, or an invitation - I mean, it has it all. Good news, there are free features, but if you want to take advantage of it all - there are some in-app purchases.
This page gives you the flexibility to be a designer without all of that training. Makes you look professional, even when you feel like you're just 'faking till' you make it."
Where do I get ideas?
Even if social media isn't your thing, and specifically, Pinterest...it's a great place to get ideas or a head start.
When you find a trending topic and can create a blog post related to it, it might be helpful to come up right away. That way you can ride the metrics wave and, hopefully, get more exposure.
